Valory’s mixed-use project in Nasr City, a prime location near Cairo Airport and City Centre Almaza, needed a unique angle to attract investors. The challenge was to showcase its exceptional ROI potential for clients.

Solution:

We crafted an investment-focused narrative, highlighting the value of owning a hotel unit in such a premium location. Through research-backed messaging, we demonstrated that a fully furnished unit could generate over 1 million EGP annually, with potential daily rental income of 5,000 EGP.

 

To amplify this, we launched an engaging campaign with six concise reels showcasing project facilities. Transparency was key, so we filmed interviews with Valory’s sales directors, ensuring credibility and trust.
