Seif Developments needed a creative partner to drive sales for their flagship project, Soly Coast, while managing limited broker collaborations and targeting specific client demographics.

Over 13 months, Trending designed a multi-faceted strategy, combining celebrity endorsements like Hussein Fahmy with targeted campaigns across social media and WhatsApp. We also developed trust-building broker campaigns and showcased existing clients’ experiences through creative video storytelling.

  • Sold 1500 chalets over two phases, with the third phase nearing completion.
  • Reached 19,817 leads, converting 8% into sales with a cost per lead of just 79.26 EGP.
